J.J. Sedelmaier Productions is assisting Karl Kirchner (owner of one of the original Black Beauty automobiles used in the 1966 TV show, “The Green Hornet”) with his recent efforts to restore the fabled automobile. The customized 1966 Chrysler Crown Imperial was one of two models built for the program by famed car designer Dean Jeffries. Kirchner's Black Beauty is known as the number 2 model. Both original cars were driven by Bruce Lee in his role as "Kato," the Green Hornet's partner. JJSP is designing interior elements such as name plates and steering wheel hubs.
